What are our products and services?

Over the past five years we have delivered a series of services in support of partnership working and strengthening the local community including;

  What is our track record?

• We have successfully raised over £5 million for the construction of Hesters Way and Springbank Community Resource Centres. 

• We have grant funded local organisations over £250,000. 

• Set up and maintained a thematic sub group infrastructure and networks around Children and Young People and Safer Communities, Culture Leisure and Sport issues.

• Promoted community development in the Springbank and Hesters Way areas.

• Acted as a commissioning body for CBC, extended schools funding and for our own Community Chest and supporting improved commissioning procedures to ensure local services meet local needs

• Act as representatives on a variety of local committees regarding education and health, C and A Faith Academy development board and we Chair the stronger communities partnership (part of the Local Strategic Partnership),

• production of a quarterly local magazine Viewpoint 

• construction of a local website www.hwpartnership.org.uk  

• acting as the hub for sharing information and best practice.

• supporting and preparing funding bids,

• working in partnership to support local activities (see recent projects)

• promoting a community development agenda  

• support of local research projects
